Cutting Carbon Emissions

Some big cities are beginning to so things to cut down on emissions.  Los Angeles is going to spend around $230 million dollars to build bike paths.  World leaders are trying to come up with new ways to cut emissions, and this might be one of them.  Some other cities are doing things like this in hope of cutting down on emissions.  Amsterdam has 2400 houseboats and they are switching power from diesel to electricity to cut down.  I think that this is good that we are finally finding ways to stop producing as much emissions, but it might still take awhile for any of these things to start taking effect.
